On Wednesday, November 19, Monday, November 24, and Tuesday, November 25, residents of Laval will have the chance to visit the illuminated Coca-Cola Caravan and meet Santa Claus.
The iconic red truck will bring Santa and his elves to meet Canadians over the coming weeks. The tour will continue until December 24, with the goal of spreading kindness as the holidays approach.
Coca-Cola also announced the return of its Canada’s Kindest Community program, which will reward a community in the country that stands out for its kindness.
In addition to earning the title of Canada’s Kindest Community, the winner will receive $100,000, courtesy of Community Foundations of Canada, as well as a visit during the 2026 edition of the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan tour.
“We are proud to spread joy and optimism in communities across Canada,” said Tony Chow, President of Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited, in a press release. “Now more than ever, we believe the world needs more kindness—and that kindness is contagious. Through the program, we have witnessed firsthand how small gestures can inspire big change.”
Nominations are open and available online until January 1, 2026, or by scanning the QR codes at the caravan’s stops.
The 10 communities that receive the highest number of valid nominations per capita will be shortlisted for the award, and the winner will be selected by a jury. The results will be announced on January 19, 2026.
The caravan will make three stops in Laval over the next few weeks.
On Wednesday, November 19, the caravan will be at the Place publique of Place Bell (1950 Claude-Gagné Street, Laval-des-Rapides) from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., just a few hours before the Laval Rocket face off against the Syracuse Crunch.
On Monday, November 24, it will head to the IGA Extra in Auteuil, located at 5680 des Laurentides Boulevard. It will remain there from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The next day, residents of Sainte-Dorothée will get their turn, as the caravan will be in the parking lot of the IGA Extra Sainte-Dorothée (550 Chomedey Highway, Sainte-Dorothée) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
