A Hardbacon survey revealed that over 80 per cent of Canadian teleworkers would look for a new job if their employer was asking them to return to the office five days a week. The Ministry of Transport announced that a section of Route 335 will be closed to traffic in both directions for the weekend of Oct. 14. A new paper from the Canadian Centre for ADHD Awareness (CADDAC) highlights that Attention Deficit (with or without) Hyperactivity Disorder, better known as ADHD, is an important precursor to other mental health issues. The study, “ADHD and Mental Health”, states that people with ADHD are experiencing lifelong criticism, judgment, lack of achievement, and unnecessary suffering due to the underdiagnosis and undertreatment of ADHD. Exo has announced a schedule change across its entire network for Thanksgiving, which will take place on Monday, Oct. 10. Due to circumstances beyond its control, Héma-Québec is cancelling its blood collection that was planned at the Laval-des-Rapides community centre (38, des Prairies Boulevard), on Monday, Oct. 24. On Sept. 23, police officers from the Laval highway checkpoint of the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) made two arrests linked to vehicle theft.
