The Ministry of Transport has announced night closures of Route 335, that will be put in place this week. Those closures are required in order to continue the construction of the Saint-Saëns interchange, carried out as part of the extension of Highway 19. The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) presented the road network report for the Labour Day long weekend across the province. Five fatal collisions were recorded on Quebec’s roads and recreational tourism network between Sept. 2–5. Five people died, four of them on the road.
