Hydro-Québec will carry out thermographic inspections of some of its power transmission lines during the week of February 13th .
“The goal is to identify and replace certain transmission line components that, over time, are more likely to cause service interruptions due to failure,” reads the statement issued by the State-owned enterprise.
These operations will involve the presence of a helicopter. It could be seen in the sky above Île Jésus for two to three days depending on weather conditions.
