On Nov. 12, the Courrier Laval News met Stéphanie Harvey, world video game champion and ambassador of this year’s NUM Festival, which took place in Laval.
Quebec City native, Harvey, also known by her pseudonym missharvey, is a five-time world video game champion, and video game developer.
Many may also know her, or have discovered her recently due to her victory in the second season of the reality show “Big Brother célébrités”.

Participants had free access to many activities on site, or even virtually during a week where the focus was on digital.
Harvey reminds people that at the bibliothèque multiculturelle de Laval, we can do way more than just read books.
“It’s possible not only to rent or consult paper works, but also to print in 3D, play video games or even use a recording,” Harvey said.
